Do you ship internationally?
We have shipped to customers in more than 90 countries. If you do not see a shipping option for your country after you enter your complete address at the checkout page, please contact us for options.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship same or next business day unless otherwise indicated on the product page. If you need overnight service, please contact us first to confirm.
What is your return policy?
We provide a 30 return policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days with standard shipping.
International orders shipped via UPS can be 3-7 business days depending on location.

Can I add items to my order?
If you place a second order to the same address, we will combine the orders when possible and refund any shipping differences.

Yes, all pieces and components are available individually. Please let us know if you need help locating a piece.
What are parts made out of?
All of RigWheels core components are precision machined from 6061 aluminum.
Where are previous items/options located?
This is a new site and we are working hard to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. If you search a product name (top-right) it will return all related items. Please let us know if you need help finding something.
Can you customize products?
RigWheels products can be put together in many different ways. If you are looking for a custom solution/configuration, please reach out to see what is possible.
